When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically ship within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the following business day.
Next Day shipping orders must be received before 11am EST. Any order placed after 11am EST with an overnight delivery request will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that if you place an overnight delivery order on a Friday, the order will not be deliver until the next business day.

What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also log into your JTwist Living account to check on the status of your order.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to cancel or make changes. If you have any concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments. Temporary promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards (once option becomes available) and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
What is your return policy?
United States: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached in its original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original packaging and packing slip, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Anything marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards (when option becomes available), intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, beauty products, jewelry, books, final sale/clearance items.
What is your exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
How do I return an item?
To return your product, you should mail it to: JTwist Living, 409 W Main, Madison IN 47250, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
When will my return get processed?
If all of these condition are met and the items is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. The item must be in transit to us within 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise for a store credit only, minus the shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
