Returns

How do I return an item?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was received for store credit only. Returns can be made in store and by mail. Please understand that we are a small, local business.

Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was received for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email, and the credit does not expire. We cannot issue refunds.

All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with no damage to the box.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

Gift cards, intimates, camisoles, socks, jewelry, beauty products, food and beverage items, and Final Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be checked, approved, and processed.

Original shipping is non-refundable. Store credits are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received and a gift card via email containing the refunded store credit amount.

If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. The item must be in transit to us within 7 days from the day you receive the merchandise for store credit only, minus the shipping charges. Note: Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your credit via your email, please check your junk mail to see if it’s in there. If you have done this and you still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at jtwistliving@gmail.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jtwistliving@gmail.com.

Promo Codes
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 14 days of the date your order was received for store credit only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

If all of these conditions are met and the items are in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. The item must be in transit to us within 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise for store credit only, minus the shipping charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales, store openings, etc), processing may take additional time beyond the 3-5 business day window.

We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
