Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was received for store credit only.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with no damage to the box.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

Gift cards, camisoles, jewelry, beauty products, and Final Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be checked, approved, and processed.

Original shipping is non-refundable. Store credits are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received and a gift card via email containing the refunded store credit amount.

If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. Note: Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
